With a background in psychology and HCI, I began my UX journey as a UX researcher. While my psychology training gave me strong skills in quantitative analysis, my HCI program taught me how to engage with people with sincerity and empathy. As I got more involved, I became interested in the entire UX process and how research can directly shape user-centered designs, which led me to take on the role of a UX Designer.
I'm passionate about bridging the gap between what stakeholders think users need and what users actually experience from a logical perspective. I enjoy digging into the "why" behind assumptions, behaviors, and events, rather than just taking things at face value.
